Come write with me in Paris!

Paris is one my heart homes. Every time I am there, my entire being lights up with the beauty, culture, art, and literary romance of the city. I have long dreamed of hosting a retreat there, and it is finally time!

I’ve rented out a beautiful private villa in La Garenne-Colombes, in the Northern suburbs of Paris, which will allow everyone to have a calm, quiet space to rest and relax with a private bathroom - but is also a very quick train ride away from downtown.

Over the course of our time together, we will write, wander, and savor the city’s delights. Imagine drafting your next poem or chapter while sipping coffee at a sidewalk café, soaking in the sights and sounds that have stirred the hearts of countless artists.

What to Expect:

• Daily Writing Sessions: Morning workshops and guided prompts to help you generate new work.

• Exploration of Montmartre: We’ll frolic around Montmartre and pretend to be Amélie taking photos and finding hidden places of beauty.

• The Eiffle Tower & Arc de Triomphe: We will make sure to see some of Paris’s most iconic spots

• Café Time: Settle into classic Parisian cafés to write, observe, and enjoy.

• Moments of Leisure: Take your time to eat, walk the cobblestone streets, shop, or simply watch the world go by.

• Community and Connection: Share your writing with a supportive group of fellow creatives, and enjoy the camaraderie of kindred spirits.

This is a smaller, long weekend retreat (Thursday evening to Sunday morning) with space for just 5 participants so if you’re called to it, don’t wait to sign up!
